a wonderful stay
central location friendly staff affordable price
i found the location very central. it was easy to find too. the staff were friendly and very helpful. i found the breakfast buffet one of the best i have ever had, and the price was affordable.

underwhelming stay poor service
poor water pressure uncomfortable bed
the location was convenient for accessing different parts of the city
the promised city view never materialised i faced a depressing outlook onto adjacent buildings the queen bed i booked consisted of two single mattresses pushed together this made sleeping very uncomfortable water pressure in the shower was terrible simple tasks took much longer i found the overall service lacking

machines not working walking routine
The breakfast food choices were good. The food itself WAS also good.
The gym had machines NOT working. I could not do my walking routine there together with my friend. this was a huge disappointment.

central location super clean rooms flat pillows bathroom stench
the location was EXCELLENT, just a couple of minutes walking towards the nearest underground station. there is also a tesco nearby. i found it great for buying some essentials. the hotel was very well kept and maintained and the rooms were super clean clean.
The pillows were a bit flat for me. they were not very comfortable. a stench came from the bathroom into the room. It was worse during the night. i noticed there was backflow in the toilet bowl, the reason behind the smell.
